For over four decades, I’ve worked across pharmaceutical manufacturing, product development, engineering and capital projects. One lesson has remained constant: the success of a manufacturing facility is determined by the quality of decisions made long before construction begins.

Dr. Ravindra Purohit
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Ravindra Purohit is a pharmaceutical industry expert with over 36 years of experience, including 25+ years specialising in Orally Inhaled and Nasal Drug Products (OINDPs).
He has developed and launched 30+ OINDP products and contributed to the development and commissioning of 10+ MDI, DPI and Nasal Spray manufacturing facilities across global markets. His expertise spans product development, manufacturing technology, technology transfer and regulatory strategy.
At GTSPL, he provides strategic guidance for advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing and respiratory drug delivery projects.

Mr. Sharad Tekade is a pharmaceutical manufacturing leader with over 36 years of experience across sterile injectables, insulin, biosimilars and oral solid dosage facilities.
He has conceptualised and commissioned 10+ advanced fill-finish and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, with expertise spanning sterile manufacturing, quality systems, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
At GTSPL, he provides strategic guidance on sterile manufacturing, facility design and regulatory compliance for complex pharmaceutical projects.

He has held senior leadership roles with organisations including Cipla, Acebright, Tofflon Group and Zoetis, contributing to the establishment and expansion of advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing operations across regulated markets.

Mr. Yash Hedaoo is a business strategy and operations professional with over a decade of experience across India and Australia. He holds an MBA from Deakin University, Melbourne.
His experience spans commercial growth, operations, strategic partnerships and international market development, including roles with AGL Australia and Lighting & Energy Conservation Australia (LECA), where he managed a network of 45+ business partners and supported multi-state expansion.
