Over the past four decades, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to some of India’s most respected pharmaceutical and chemical organizations from FDC, Cipla, and Wockhardt to Reliance and later, leading entrepreneurial ventures that shaped my belief in building from the ground up.
Those years taught me that true engineering excellence is never just about design or technology it’s about purpose, people, and progress.
Today, as we steer Gusto Total Solutions into its next phase of growth, my belief remains simple: innovation must always serve society. Having spent over two decades in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries with organizations such as Cipla, Wockhardt, Reliance Life Sciences, and Watson Pharmaceuticals, I’ve learned that the success of any engineering project lies not only in its design but in the discipline behind its execution.
The journey from being a professional to an entrepreneur over the past 13+ years has been both humbling and enlightening. It has reinforced my belief that clarity, consistency, and teamwork are the true engines of progress. At GTSPL, we bring these values into every engagement ensuring that every decision, every drawing, and every deadline reflects our commitment to excellence.
